Ahead of CES 2026, one of the biggest events in the technology world, Samsung announced its new wireless speakers, the Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7, making a new move in the audio systems category.
AI-powered speakers unveiled
These stationary speakers, designed to aesthetically blend with home environments, stand out with their AI-powered technical infrastructure and integration with the SmartThings ecosystem. The company offers solutions that combine software and hardware, particularly in terms of sound clarity and bass management, in its new series.
The entry-level model in the series, the Music Studio 5 (LS50H), boasts a unique design reminiscent of a photo gallery, giving it a decorative appearance. Technically, the device features a 2.1 channel structure supported by two tweeters and a 4-inch woofer, and has a frequency steering system optimized by Samsung Audio Lab. The AI Dynamic Bass Control mechanism in the speaker prevents distortion even at high volume levels, providing deep and clean bass performance.
The Music Studio 7 (LS70H), equipped with more advanced features, combines a classic bookshelf speaker design with black and white color options. This model boasts a 3.1.1 channel audio setup, featuring drivers positioned on the front, left, right, and top, as well as a powerful bass speaker.
The device’s super tweeter processes high-frequency sounds up to 35 kHz, enhancing detail quality. Offering 24-bit/96 kHz high-resolution audio (Hi-Res Audio) support, the top model also features Q-Symphony technology, allowing for wireless pairing with Samsung TVs and soundbars for a complete surround sound experience.
Both devices support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, meeting modern wireless streaming needs. Samsung has not yet officially announced the price or release date of the new speakers. All technical details and sales plans are expected to be clarified at CES 2026 in January.
